3-Part Commercial Real Estate Educational Series Continues at BHGLAAR
BHGLAAR is once again providing a commercial real estate educational series
in 2013. This year’s 3-part series of classes is offered to both members and non-members on the second Wednesday of
each month, from April thru June. The Commercial Real Estate Series is titled “Investors Need You!”
The Part I class, an
“Intro to 2013 Commercial Real Estate," was held on April 10th. The class offered participants the opportunity
to grasp trends, concepts and terms needed to grow their commercial real estate businesses in 2013. Attendees learned
to communicate effectively with other commercial real estate professionals and investors.
“A Need to Know Basis: Financial Analysis”
is the title of Part II in the commercial series, to be held on May 8th. Class attendees will learn about fundamental commercial
real estate investment indexes and learn to understand investment property financial “setups.” Emphasis will be
on grasping the theory behind investment indexes, not on memorizing formulas.
The Part III class is “Representing Commercial Real Estate
Investors,” and class participants will learn how to find and analyze commercial properties for investor clients and
how to focus their asset search. Attendees will learn that investors need their help to search for appropriate investment
properties and need help to examine asset financial performance.
The Commercial Real Estate Series is taught by Brian Brubaker,
