Grab your calendars and start marking! The Commercial
Real Estate Committee has established another full agenda for 2014. The year was launched with a Commercial Marketing Session
in January, and these popular events will be held the 3rd Tuesday of
each month, with the exception of August and December. Attendees are treated to a networking breakfast and then listen to
exciting industry topics from guest speakers. Commercial properties are presented by listing brokers and everyone has an opportunity
to discuss their client needs.
Commercial Real Estate training
opportunities will again be provided in 2014. A half-day commercial training program will be offered on May 20th. This educational seminar will appeal to all REALTORS® who wish to learn more
about commercial real estate and those who want to sharpen their skills.

Network with commercial brokers, investors and affiliates, while enjoying appetizers and beverages. Lucky guests may win one
of the great raffle prizes! Proceeds benefit a local charity.
One of the most popular events presented by the Commercial Committee is the Commercial Expert Panel, and this year’s
panel of professionals will be assembled on September 9th for another
fast-paced, lively program. The first part of this exciting event is moderated, and the second part is un-plugged, with participation
by the attendees.
