BHGLAAR Commercial Real Estate Committee 2013 Agenda is Announced

Grab your calendars and start marking! The Commercial Real Estate Committee has established another
full agenda for 2013. The year was launched with Commercial Marketing Sessions in January and February, and these popular
events will be held the 3rd Wednesday of each month, with the exception of August and December. Attendees are treated to a
networking breakfast and then listen to exciting industry topics from guest speakers. Commercial properties are presented
by listing brokers and everyone has an opportunity to discuss their client needs.
Several Commercial Real Estate
training opportunities are again provided in 2013. First, a 3-part educational series is offered the 2nd Wednesday of each
month, April thru June. The title of this year’s series is “Commercial Real Estate: Investors Need You!”
Also, a half-day commercial training program is offered on May 22nd as an introduction to commercial real estate for residential
agents. The title of this program is “Intro to Apartment Building Sales: 5 Units and Up!”
One of the
most popular events presented by the Commercial Committee is the Commercial Expert Panel, and this year’s panel of professionals
will be assembled on October 16th for another fast-paced, lively program. The first part of this exciting event is moderated,
and the second part is un-plugged, with participation by the attendees.
Finally, don’t miss the Commercial
Mixer for Charity! Network with commercial brokers, investors and affiliates, while enjoying appetizers and beverages. Lucky
guests may win one of the great raffle prizes! Proceeds benefit a local charity. To learn more about this summer event and
